- Cash Purchases You can also buy Bitcoin and other crypto with cash at thousands of retailer locations within our network. It's a hassle-free way to get into the world of cryptocurrencies.
The amount of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies you can purchase through our services depends on your verification status. To enjoy the highest transaction limits, it's essential to complete full verification. Here's a breakdown of the purchase limits based on different methods:
1. Purchase bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on Bitcoin ATM with cash:
- You can buy up to $25,000 worth of Bitcoin and other cryptos per day.
2. Purchase Bitcoin and other cryptos on the app with cash and a Barcode:
- You can buy up to $500 per transaction.
- You can purchase up to $1,500 worth of crypto per day using this method.
The time it takes to receive your crypto can vary depending on the service you're using and the current conditions of the blockchain network. Transaction times are subject to fluctuations. Factors that can influence the transaction time include network congestion and the service provider's processing times. Therefore, it's important to keep in mind that the timing of your crypto transaction may not always be immediate and can vary based on these factors.

- Sell to PayPal or Venmo Account: You can sell your crypto directly to your PayPal or Venmo account balance through the Stack Application.
- Pick up Cash at Supported Sell Locations: If you prefer to receive cash for your crypto, you can do so at supported Sell locations. Complete a sell transaction by generating an invoice and paying it. Once you have the NCR Cash Code, visit a participating location to exchange it for cash.
The maximum amount of crypto you can sell through Stack depends on the method you choose as well as your verification status:
- Pickup Cash: For this option, you can sell up to $2,000 worth of Bitcoin per day. However, please note that these limits may vary based on your verification status.
- PayPal and Venmo: If you choose to sell your Bitcoin to your PayPal or Venmo account, you can sell up to $20,000 worth of cryptocurrencies per day. Similar to the Pickup Cash option, these limits may also vary depending on your verification status.
- Debit Card (Mastercard/Visa): For this option, you can sell Bitcoin and instantly receive funds to your Debit Card. However, please note that the maximum amount may vary based on your user level and bank policies.
You can find the pickup cash code after completing your sell transaction on the Stack Application. To access it, simply go to your recent transactions. Look for transactions labeled as "Pickup Ready," and the pickup cash code associated with your sell transaction will be displayed there. This code is essential for picking up cash at supported locations.
The time it takes to generate the pickup cash code typically varies and depends on a few factors. Generally, it can take about 10 - 15 minutes, plus any additional time required by the cryptocurrency networks for transaction confirmations. Keep in mind that cryptocurrency network confirmation times can vary, and this may impact the overall duration of generating your pickup cash code.
